Om Metals believes that skilled manpower is the key to the success of any organization. In our endeavor to run a successful enterprise we strive to benefit all the stakeholders, the biggest of them being our employees and the communities that they come from. The well-being of our employees and their long term sustainable livelihood is integral to the long-term success of our company. Thus, to meet our sustainability targets we choose to invest in human capital by providing vocational training to the underprivileged youth of India.
Our Mission
- Provide vocational training to the underprivileged youth in India in order to improve their standard of living, in turn benefitting their communities and society at a large.
- Bridge the skilling gap currently present in the organized and unorganized sector of all businesses ranging from services industries to manufacturing and entrepreneurs.
- Eradicate the presence of unemployed youth in our society in turn reducing poverty, violence and civic inefficiency.
Vocational Training Programs
Om Metals has always provided vocational training to heir in house staff at both, entry level as well as higher levels of management. To expand our mission and meet our sustainability targets we have launched stand-alone training centers in Jaipur, Kota, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad to mobilize, train and place youth in respectable jobs. Currently we are also working with the Ministry of Minority Affairs under their “Seekho aur Kamao” scheme for training and placing youth from religious minorities across India.
