We have a wide range of Wood coatings in melamine base and Polyurethane base products . They have excellent finish gloss and smoothness. We also provide PUD coating products. These products prevent wood from termite.



MELAMINE TOP COAT CLEAR
Product Description : Melamine Top Coat for Woodsurface
Recommended use : On wooden furniture
Features :

    Physical Properties : Colour Shade As per customer's requirement
    Volume Solids 48 (± 3 %)
    D.F.T. 6 to 8 sq. meter / ltr
    Flash point 28° C
    Sp. Gravity 1.00 (± 0.1 ) kg per Ltr.
    Surface Preparation :
  • urface to be prepare by proper sanding with sand paper
  • First coat of Melamine sealer should be applied
    		•
    Performance Properties : Stain Resistance
    Application : Application Conditions Ambient temperature shall be above 10°C and relative humidity shall be below 85%.
    Adequate ventilation shall be provided in confined spaces
    Mixing Stir well with mechanical stirrer before application
    Mixing ratio Clear :9 parts, Hardner : 1 part; Thinner:3-4 parts (by volume)
    Application method By air assisted spray gun/ brush
    Drying Time Surface Dry – 5 to 10 minutes
    Touch Dry – 1.5 to 2 hours
    Shelf Life 12 months from the date of mfg.


    MELAMINE SEALER COAT
    Product Description : Melamine sanding Sealer Coat for Wooden surface
    Recommended use : On wooden furniture
    Features :
  • Excellent sand ability
  • Quick drying
  • Good Transparency

    Physical Properties : Volume Solids 42 (± 3 %)
    Spreading rate 6 to 8 sq. meter / ltr
    Flash point 28° C
    Sp. Gravity 1.00 (± 0.1 ) kg per Ltr.

  • Surface to be prepare by proper sanding with sand paper

    Performance Properties : Water Resistance & good sand ability
    Application : Application Conditions Ambient temperature shall be above 10°C and relative humidity shall be below 85%.

    2K POLYURETHANE CLEAR LACQUER
    Product Description : Polyurethane Top Coat for Wooden surface
    Recommended use : On wooden furniture OR wooden flooring

  • Good Transparency and Durability
  • Can be available in Matt/Semi Glossy/Glossy finish

    Volume Solids 40 (± 3 %)
    Theoretical Spreading rate 6 to 8 sq. meter / ltr
    Flash point 24° C
    Sp. Gravity 1.00 (± 0.1 ) kg per Ltr.
    Surface Preparation :
  • Surface to be prepare by proper sanding with sand paper
  • First coat of P.U. sealer should be applied

    Performance Properties : Stain Resistance, Water resistance & Alcohol resistance
    Application : Application Conditions Ambient temperature shall be above 10°C and relative humidity shall be below 85%.
    Adequate ventilation shall be provided in confined spaces
    Mixing Stir each component with mechanical stirrer before mixing
    Mixing ratio Clear :4 parts, Hardner : 1 part; Thinner:2 parts (by volume)
    Application method By air assisted spray gun/ brush
    Drying Time Surface Dry – 10 to 15 minutes
    Touch Dry – 1.5 to 2 hours
    Pot Life 5 to 6 hours @ 30°C
    Shelf Life 12 months from the date of mfg..
