Ramayan 2

Compact, robust, aesthetically pleasant and versatile: Ramayan-2 is the right product for all those installations that require reduced dimensions without giving up to the main aesthetics and technical features of Ramayan-1. Rich set of stainless steel finishes, wide range of RAL colors and even framed glass execution in a 33mm large panel make this product an excellent solution for residential and office buildings. Ramayan-2 covers a wide range of fire resistance certifications, and a framed glass E120 execution is available too. All of our doors are EN 81-1/2 compliant and are guaranteed by Ramayan brand, symbol of quality and reliability for 50 years.

Ramayan 3

Do you need to upgrade your existing lift doors to comply with EN 81-80 requirements? Do you need a compact, flexible solution for modernization without giving up performance, quality, cost and safety? Ramayan 2000 C- MOD is the answer. Featuring a wide range of options, Ramayan-3 doors come with frame (Boxed Frame) or without (Naked and Naked Gap Closing), giving flexibility to your installation's needs. Car doors can be coupled with automatic or manual swing landing doors, for those situations that need car door upgrade only. They can both be equipped with standard Ramayan Drive System controller for higher performances and control or with standard SRS for cheaper solutions. Ramayan-3 has a minimum 117mm bottom track package, making it a small and compact solution, without giving up robustness and quality that are typical of our products.

Ramayan 4

One of the main themes in today's High-Rise buildings is traffic management: it opens a range of technical issues on safety, performance, reliability that affects all those devices involved in people transportation and therefore lifts and lifts components. Lift doors play a really important role in traffic management, since they strongly affect performance; that's why they must have high quality design, careful production and stressful testing; Ramayan experience brought to life a Top-level set of doors dedicated to High-Rise buildings, Ramayan-4. Ramayan-4 features robust structure, reinforced and enlarged components, panels and headers, that have been studied to move heavy panels in short times and low noise conditions. All of the performances are tuned on EN-81 requirements (think about kinetic energy for example) making this product lines the top-performer in its class. As a matter of quality and reliability our doors are tested for millions of cycles in their most delicate components, and everyday thousands of installations are running for thousands of cycles moving thousands of persons forth and back. Ramayan 5

Basing on 2000 B modular structures, Ramayan further developed and focused this project answering to all those situations that need more robustness. The result is Ramayan-5, door for the transportation of goods; it well covers all those applications such as airports, undergrounds, railway stations, shopping centre, hospitals (e.g. for stretchers), service lifts in general (industrial, residential, offices), car transportation lifts and applications in which doors can potentially be hit. Ramayan-5 has a strong structure to withstand collisions; it features partially on the floor door posts (for an easier and more stable installation), steel made upper tracks, increased rollers for more robustness; all the components are studied with special care to quality, duration and to guarantee high performances. Ramayan-5 comes with different options and certifications covering a wide range of solutions, and if you can't find what you need in our standard range, our engineering office is always at your disposal for product customization.

Ramayan 6

Ramayan-6 is Ramayan's product line dedicated and focused on huge applications. These doors feature very strong and reinforced panels and door posts; all of the structure, starting from brackets and bottom track up to the header, has been designed to support heavy loads, well fitting in contexts such as industrial, transportation and other special applications. Do or posts are partially installed on the floor to give more stability. The bottom track is in extra-reinforced steel, and can stand even the heaviest loads passing over. By default Ramayan-6 is supplied together with pre-set car door front, in order to better couple with the landing door, resulting in a robust structure in which installation settings (and therefore costs) are reduced. A wide range of optional extras and certifications complete this outstanding robust door, starting from the EEx II G - Atex option, going through glass door finishes up to highly customizable solutions as, for example, the possibility to arrive to 6000x5000 openings

Ramayan 7

Have you ever thought how far design might go? Round lifts are the answer. Round doors represent the top line in aesthetic and technological level, both on the design and production viewpoint. Typically installed in panoramic lifts, round doors have to show all those top-level features that are needed in top-level aesthetic designs; for example the capability to manage heavy glass panels, or the possibility to feature special finishes perfectly integrating into architectonical projects. Panoramic lifts are the main examples in which under-driven operators are almost a must, reducing the visible size of the cabin and hiding mechanisms under the floor level. Last but not least, panoramic lifts are often installed in high-traffic environments that mean high flows of people. All of these requirements result in a high-performance and good looking product, Ramayan-7 that can give a plus to your elevator, making it not only a service element but an architectural one.

Ramayan 8

These door systems are based on optical coupling, making them the right solution for all those a situation in which mechanical coupling is not possible. Both the car door (MASTER) and the landing door (SLAVE) feature a linear belt traction operator, each one with its own engine. They couple through an optical device that is integrated into the engine SDS controller, allowing a misalignment up to 50mm from the centre of the emitter to the centre of the detector. Being prEN81-22 certified, this system is particularly suitable for inclined lifts; inclinations between 15° and 75° are allowed and it's even possible to have different inclinations from floor to floor, covering the most complex installations. Another advantage deriving from optical coupling is that the operator can be fully covered resulting in high protection degrees and IP ratings; that's why extreme weather conditions do not represent a problem for these doors. Aesthetics is of course guaranteed: a wide range of finishes, including framed glass and frameless glass panels are allowed; fire certifications are available too (Custom executions) and last but not least for the most ambitious projects, under-driven operator solutions can be applied.

Ramayan 9

Ramayan-9 is the ideal solution for the modernization of residential lifts installed in shafts with reduced length and depth. The 115 mm sill package (landing and car door sills are only 45 mm each), the reduced dimension of both landing and car door headers as well as of all of its components allow to install Ramayan-9 also in ultra-compact spaces. Ramayan-9 has been designed and developed so that none of its components needs to be installed in recess. This feature ensures that during the door installation no additional building works are necessary and the total capacity of the elevator system remains unchanged, guaranteeing in any situation the maximization of the available cabin capacity. Thanks to its light weight and ease of adjustment, Ramayan-9 is a door easy to handle and install, even on site. The door meets the requirements of the EN 81-1/2 and can be produced in two different configurations, with (Frame Boxed version) or without (Naked version) frame. For special situation 2000 T can be installed also in niche (with a maximum depth of 25 mm), allowing a further saving of space in the shaft. 2000 T is available also with asymmetric opening.
