Our Products

Range: ‘Rishabh’ Motors are available from frame size. 63 to 160 L, from 0.25 HP to 20 HP in 2,4,6 & 8 pole designs. The motor re suitable for continuous duty (S1) with ambient temperature of 45°C.

Voltage & Frequency: Motors are designed for 3 phase, 415V± 10% & 50 Hz± 5% with combined variation of 10%. Any other voltage & or frequency is available on request.

Standards: Motors conforms to IS 325 for electrical performance & IS: 1231, IS: 2223 for mechanical dimensions.

Special Application motors:
Motors for intermittent Duty/ Crane Duty.
Motors with Electromagnetic Disc Brake.
Motors for machine Tools, Blowers, Compressors, Pumps etc.
Motor for cooling Towers, Scrap grinders, Blow & Injection Moulding Machine.
Torque Rated Motors.
Special Mechanical Features (On Request):
Motors with double shaft Extensions.
Non Standard Shaft Extensions.
Non Standard mounting Dimensions.
Reduce vibration levels.
Motors for corrosive atmosphere.

CONSTRUCTIONS: The stator Housing and end shields are made from grey iron castings. The Stator housing has been provided with a greater number of parallel ribs to ensure ruggedness & better heat dissepation.

CORE: The core is made from low loss, high permeability, varnish insulated electrical grade sheet steel which is compressed, keyed & then clamped to from a rigid structure. This cleated stator stacks, pre wound & hydraulically pressed in cast iron frame, ensure better stacking, uniform air gap & correct fits.

WINDINGS: The Stator is generally wound with enameled copper wire with class F insulation connections normally prevaleant in soldering.

ROTORS: The Rotor is of squirrel cage type, designed to withstand the save forces encountered during starting. Rotors are specially die-cast skewed for better performance, Each Rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure very low amplitude vibration & low noise level.

TREATMENT: Wound stators are impregnated using polyster resin varnish having class ‘F’ Thermal stability.

SHAFT: Shafts are made from high carbon steel at adequate cross sections to provide exceptional strength and rigidity to minimize deflection & vibration.

TERMINAL BOX: The rigid by scaled terminal box is arranged on the right hand side of the farm when viewed from the driving end.

BEARINGS: Grease lubricated ball bearings are housed in end shields. These bearings have a 90% survival life of a minimum 30,000 working hour for direct drives.

TEST: Motors are subscribed to routine & type testes in accordance with latest standards.
