FASTER RESPONSE : The new 16 bit 80188 CPU has a larger programme capability and expandability. Assembly language programming results in ultra fast controller response.
GRAPHIC DISPLAY : The 320 x 240 pixel graphic LCD display with larger characters offers easy readability and graphic capability for ease of operation.
CYCLE PARAMETER HISTORY : Injection, refilling time and cycle time monitoring records are maintained and available for the last 120 cycles, useful in ascertaining machine performance and quality assurance. Minimum, Maximum and Average values are also displayed.
ALARM HISTORY : The 120 alarm history helps in machine maintenance and breakdown analysis. It gives details about when the alarm occurred, and when it was rectified.
INTERLOCK HISTORY : A 120 interlock history provides information about machine stoppages. It gives details about when any interlock occurred, and when it was rectified.
CHANGE IN SETTING HISTORY : A 120 change in setting history helps to keep track of changes in machine parameters and revert back to old settings, when necessary.
TEMPERATURE GRAPH RECORD : A graph records how the temperature of the different zones changed during the last 4 hours and indicates temperature trends.
INJECTION POSITION GRAPHIC ANALYSIS : The injection position profile graph for moulded product analysis shows graphically how the injection took place.
MULTILEVEL PASSWORD PROTECTION : Different control levels of personnel (such as Operator, Supervisor and Master levels) are assigned various levels of authority to alter machine settings.
MULTI-SPEED EJECTOR : For effective product ejection and reduced cycle time.
OK/REJECT SHOT COUNT : Injection and Refill positions and times are monitored and ok and reject shots are counted.
HOURLY PRODUCTION RECORDING : Production is recorded every hour and can be viewed for the last 1 month. Daily Production Counter is also recorded and can be viewed for the last 365 days.
PROGRAMMABLE AUTO HEATING : Heating can be programmed to switch on at a pre-determined time. Thus shift time can be utilised more effectively.
MOULD MEMORY : All the set parameters along with mould name can be stored for 20 to 80 moulds.
SMOOTH OPERATIONS : Programmable on and off delays and ramping ensures smooth machine operation. Machine operation can be fine-tuned to effectively use the hydraulics and mechanical capability.
NEVER BEFORE PRIVACY : Secret pages are accessible to authorised personnel only.
PRINTING : Printing facility is available for printing of settings and data reports
INBUILT STABILIZER : Wide range Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) eliminates the need for external stabilizer.
