History
Fabtech is growing at an accelerated pace, achieving new milestones every year:
- 1992 – Fabtech was established by founder & Chairman Mr. B A Rupnar
- 1994 – PESO (Petroleum & Explosives Safety Organization)approval for manufacturing LPG Storages & road tankers
- 1998 – Entry in PSU segment by receiving 1st order from IOCL Digboi, Assam for 3x33 MT LPG storage bullets
- 2000 – Certified for ISO 9001 under Bureau Veritas Quality International
- 2001 – Bagged 1st mounded bullets project at HPCL Pampore Srinagar LPG Plant with capacity of 4 x 350 MT LPG
- 2003 – Completed 1st mounded bullets project at IOCL Kerala for 3 x 300 MT LPG capacity
- 2005 – Received ASME U-stamp, R-Stamp, NB certification under LR Insurance Inc.
- 2007 – Completed mounded bullets projects on LSTK basis at MRPL Mangalore & IOCL Gujarat refinery
- 2009 – Completed mounded bullets project at HPCL Vizag refinery with 5 x 2100 m3 LPG & 2 x 2870 m3 propylene bullets
- 2010 – Awarded EPC project for process unit i.e. sulphur recovery unit at HPCL Vizag refinery in consortium with Chemtex
- 2010 – Awarded EPC Project for tankages (22 Nos.), mounded bullets (7 Nos.) and hydrogen bullets (3 Nos.) at IOCL Paradip refinery with allied civil, piping, electrical, instrumentation & fire fighting works
- 2011 – Completed one of the largest mounded bullets project at HMEL Bhatinda refinery with 11 Nos. LPG / Propylene Mounded Bullets on LSTK basis
- 2011 – Achieved ASME “U2” & “S” stamp certification under LR Insurance Inc.
- 2011 – Implemented SAP system in the organization with SD, MM, FICO, PP & PS modules
- 2012 – Awarded a project for sulphuric acid plant on LSTK basis by Paradip Phosphates Ltd. through Simon India
- 2013 – Constructed sugar plant with 2,500 TCD capacity for Fabtech Sugars Pvt. Ltd. Solapur, on LSTK basis & commissioned within a record time period of 8 months
- 2013 – Awarded project by POL Depot for IOCL Imphal, Manipur
- 2013 – Awarded two projects by BPCL Kochi Refinery (PMC EIL) for
- Supply & erection of columns, strippers and vessels
- Mounded bullets & allied works
- 2013 – Awarded a project by OIL India Ltd. for tank farm upgradation
