Manufacturing unit of sealant enterprises was established in April 1989. Initially our products were quick release couplings and special purpose machines. Our first customer for QRC was TELCO (now Tata Motors). Quick Release coupling (also known as QRC, Quick Connect Coupling or Quick Couplings) is used for easy, quick connection and disconnection of flexible lines carrying fluids, slurry, air, vacuum, etc. QRCs are fast, economic, needs no tools to connect & disconnect, safe, efficient and there is no leakage. In last about 24 years, we have developed more than 2000 different types of Quick Release Couplings. Main types of QRC are Through coupling, Single shut off, Pneumatic coupling, Double shut off, Hydraulic couplings, Pin lock coupling, Cam lock coupling and special QRCs. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and our scope include design and manufacturing of QRCs. We have testing facility ranging from 0.1 bar to 350 bar testing pressure. Irrespective of quantity (may it be 1 or 5000 units) each and every QRCs is tested for various leaks. We also keep stringent quality control to ensure that same design QRCs are interchangeable years after years.
