ELMACO Pedestal Grinders

•  Used mainly by Forging Industries, Foundries and for heavy duty grinding jobs.

•  Use of best quality stamping and diecast rotors.

•  Dynamically Balanced rotor minimizes vibrations and ensure smooth running.

•  Construction of the machines are made sturdy and robust to offer vibration free performance.

•  Machine provided with Two nos. Grinding Wheel.

•  Adjustable tool rests are provided to ensure maximum usage of Grinding wheels. Tool rests are machined to give proper level to the Grinding component.

•  Eye Shields are recommended for each machine. The same are supplied as an standard accessory

•  Machines available in two models i.e. without coolant system and with coolant system (Coolant pump, tank, tray and fittings).

• Water Pot and Machine lamp can be supplied at extra cost.

• Heavy duty adjustable Work Table can be supplied at extra cost

• Use of high quality grease for lubrication. RECOMMENDED USE OF GREASE LITHON 3 OR EQUIVALENT

• All machines are subject to rigid quality control tests

• Machines of different voltage and different frequency can be supplied against specific orders

• All machines carry warranty (except Ball Bearings) against any manufacturing defect as per the warranty terms prevailing of the company. No warranty for wear and tear items.

Pedestal Grinders are suitable for use for forging Industries, foundries and for heavy duty grinding jobs. Each machine is equipped with two nos. Grinding Wheel (one fine & one coarse). Pedestal Grinding Machines are supplied with coolant system and Pump or without Coolant system as may be required.

•  Specially manufactured for heavy duty jobs, forging industries, foundries etc.

•  All machines equipped with tray & coolant system. Also available without coolant system.

• PG-123 and PG-143 model coolant tank & pump is accomodated inside the pedestal stand.

• PG-163H (C ) as standard is provided with Double roller Ball bearing and Heavy Duty Work Table
