Low Temperature sample holder

• This is a flange mounted sample cooling assembly for PLD where cooling of sample is desired.
  
  Features
• Substrate holder: Made of copper, this is cooled by LN2. Heater and thermocouple is provided to warm the holder before removing it out of chamber.
