Screw Deposition Attachment For PLD

• This is a flange mounted substrate (screw type motion) rotation attachment for PLD where deposition on rods or screws is possible.
  
  Components
• AC Motor: this is a 6 rpm 230 V motor for making screw type movement of the sample in the shape of a rod.
• Rotating feed through: These are magnetic coupled feedthrough.
• Mechanism: for making the sample (rod shaped) rotate as well as move in and out (screw type movement).

• This is useful for deposition of material on dental implants and rod shaped sample where the coating need to be done on the entire rod.

Note: a heater can be placed next to the rod shaped sample to radiatively heat the sample
