Hi-Con Pulper
Parason Hi-Consistency Pulper
Parason Hi-consistency
pulper operates with special stainless steel cast rotor.
The Geometry, profiles, curvatures and large surface area of rotor transmit the energy to fibers and generate fiber to fiber friction due to Hi-consistency. This process leaves the contaminants uncut and helps to retain the fiber in its original shape.
Versatile Equipment For
- Newsprint mills
- Writing & printing mills
- Board mills
- Kraft mills
Sailent Features Of Parason Pulper
Excellent Defiberizing
Fiber to fiber friction creates excellent defiberizing and maintained the fiber length in original size. This keeps the fiber length in original size(almost uncut)
Easy Separation Of Fibers & Contaminants
Minimal breakdown of contaminants such as plastics, films, adhesives, hot melts, etc. helps easy removal from fibers.
Helps De-Inking
Efficient fiber to fiber friction separates ink, pigments binders etc. with the help of chemicals in pulper.
Energy Saving
Energy transfer is used skillful by friction between fibers due to perfectly correct surface contours of flight. This energy consumed subsequently reduces power in proceeding process.
Steam Saving
Compared to low consistency pulper, the only one third of water quantity is required to be heated thus saving in steam consumption.
Chemical Saving
Compared to low consistency the pulper water requirement is reduced therefore the effect Of chemicals is in concentrated from this reduces chemical consumption drastically.
Parason Hi-Consistency Pulper & Dilution Pulper System
Hi-Consistency pulper is connected with dilution pulper. The dilution pulper has due function of separating the plastics and other foreign material as aslo dilute the high consistency for stock transfer for further processing. This pulpe has 6-8 Ømm drilled screen plate with plate with impeller rotating against the screen. The impact of impeller separates fiber from the rejects, hence working most efficiently for fiber recovery.
History- Making of Parason
Parason started by Dr. C P Desarda (Doctorate in Metallurgy) from BRNO University, Prague, Czech Republic in 1970. Dr. Desarda innovated manufacturing of Refiner.
Parason - Over View
PARASON has installed more than 4000 nos of Disk Refiners, 500 nos Conical Refiners and approx 1600 nos of screens in India and overseas of different size and capacities.
Parason at Aurangabad
Aurangabad city is well connected by all means of transport from all corners across the globe. Aurangabad has good air connectivity too from Delhi, Mumbai and other Metro cities of India.
