Tooling of vibratory bowl feeders is a business where experience counts more than anything. It takes more than two years for a person to understand tooling of a bowl feeder. Being in business for more than 25 years, Elscint is very well placed in this respect. Presently Elscint’s workforce has a combined tooling experience of almost 150 years behind it, ensuring that almost all types of components have been handled by its team one time or the other.
Team Members
Suhas Shete is the founder of Elscint. It was through his entrepreneur zeal that Elscint got established and made a name for itself within India. He was doyen in the field of small part feeding. He started manufacturing vibratory feeders in India when nobody had even heard about them.
Monish Shete is the present CEO of Elscint. He has more than 25 years of experience, with the last two decades being with Elscint. Since joining Elscint, he has ensured that Elscint made a name for itself all over the world with exports to more than 50 countries. He consciously shifted the focus of Elscint towards exports and now more than 30% of Elscint’s revenues come from outside India.
- Bowl Toolers– These are the backbone of any bowl feeder manufacturer and Elscint has carefully trained and nurtured its employees into highly skilled bowl toolers. They love an opportunity to work with the most difficult of components as well as to provide high speeds.
- Support Staff – These consist of design engineers, sales engineers and office staff. They too have the right type of experience and qualities.
- Others – These are electrical engineers, machine operators, welders etc. All these are suitably skilled in their areas of activities.
