Core Competencies

Following are our current Core Competencies. We are not limited in the materials and processes we work with or the material sizes we can handle. We are constantly evolving and expanding our core competencies to satisfy the customer needs.

WELDING TECHNOLOGY
Following are the welding processes that we are experienced in:
• SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
• MIG / MAG / FCAW (Metal Active / Inert Gas shielded arc welding)
• TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas shielded arc welding)

Our operators are skilled in welding all types of Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel and Aluminum. Most of our welders are certified through Industrial Training Institute (ITI), recognized by the Government of India, and have a minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience. Some of our welders have more than 15 years experience and have been recognized for their expertise through opportunities to work in international locations such as Singapore and Dubai.

HEAVY PRECISION FABRICATION
Our plants have the capability of accommodating sizes up to 10 mtr in height and are equipped with EOT cranes upto 10 ton capacity. We recently enhanced our fabrication capability further with the addition of a 12 ton mobile crane. We are experienced in fabricating a variety of materials including (but not limited to) MS, MTA-Sailma 350 Hi, HTA-Naxtra 70 / Dillimax 690, all types of Stainless Steel especially SS 310 & Inconel.

CLOSE TOLERANCE MACHINING
We have the capability to machine close tolerances of up to 5 micron (approx .0002 in). We have a highly experienced team of operators with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling a variety of machine tools and machining all types of material.

HEAVY PRECISION MACHINING
Our machines can handle work pieces with diameter up to 0.5 mtr. and length up to 4.5 mtr. Our Supply Chain is capable of machining 1+ mtr diameters and 10+ mtr length. Plano milling facility of 3 mtr X 5 mtr is also available in our Supply Network.
