Cable Crimping Tool

The "Crimpsharp" series of Manual Crimping Tool offers Strong & Long Lasting electrical joints. These tools are specifically designed for joining & terminating electrical conductors in the field even by unskilled personnel.
Available in three sizes with a combined range of 2.5 sq mm to 400 sq mm (conductor size), these crimping tools cover a majority of your crimping needs. Joints & terminations made using the Crimpsharp tools meet all specifications in IS-8337.

Each tool is provided with a wooden box which houses the tool, all dies and a spanner for installation of the dies. Spare parts & spare set of dies are also available.

FEATURES OF "CRIMPSHARP" CRIMPING TOOLS

Rugged Design:
Crimpsharp crimping tools are designed to operate in the rugged field conditions. The dies are made from hardened tool steel - reducing wear and improving life. As no hydraulics are involved there is no danger of damaging the seals when using in a dusty environment.

Positive & Reliable Bond:
Through a double fulcrum arrangement, Crimpsharp ensures compression of lugs / ferrules to the correct depth. The circular profile of the dies gives a complete circumferential crimp & hence a positive and reliable mechanical bonding. The joints & terminations made are much stronger than those made using die-less crimping tools which apply only localized point pressure.

Maintenance Free:
Since Crimpsharp is a completely manual tool using the principle of mechanical leverage, there are no maintenance problems like oil leakage & hence inability to build pressure which one faces with hydraulic tools. Also there are no hassles of changing oil seals and dealing with leaking oil.

Portable design:
Crimpsharp tools are light in weight and are provided with two-piece handles. Thus these tools can be easily transported to site, unlike the heavy & cumbersome hydraulic tools.

Accessibility:
Crimpsharp tools can fit in a narrow gap as small as 15 mm. Thus the tool can be used to access electric cables in hard to reach places that are not accessible to any other tool in the market.

Ease of Operations:
Installing the die takes only a matter of seconds.
