Wire Straightening & Cutting Machine
UNIK makes Wire Straightening & Cutting machines especially designed for the Welding Electrodes production. These machines are built on a very strong base that the life is enhanced. These machines provide trouble free service for many years, with proper preventive maintenance.

| Diameters that can cut | 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4mm & 5mm. |
| Lengths that can be cut | 300mm, 350mm, 400mm & 450mm. |
| Straightening method | using a high speed spinner. |
| Cutting method | using a flying shear, without wire stopping. |
| No of cuts per minute | 480 cuts of 3.2mm X 350mm length for reference. Other diameter & lengths on request. |
| Pay-off | Stationary pay-off for DIN1000 bobbin or wire coils. |
| Auxiliary feeder | Provided. |
| Wire collection | in a wire basket. To be removed manually & collected in a metal stand. |
| Accuracy in length | +/- 1mm. |
Speed of auxiliary feeder, main feeder, cutter, spinner & ejector motors are all synchronized. They vary automatically based on the input given in the HMI namely

- Length of cut wire
