Permanent Magnetic Chuck

This permanent magnetic chuck guarantees outstanding performance and reliability. The rigid assembly of these chucks result in accurate grinding and milling. The selected pole spacing ensures the maximum possible grip on a wide section of work-pieces. Using an additional top plate can accommodate all types, sizes and shapes of work-pieces. The magnet used is 'NdFeB'. This magnet is very powerful than 'AlNiCo' magnet. Under ideal conditions the test result show that the holding power/Cu.Inch is 55Kg., which is much bigger than 'AlNiCo' magnetic chuck.
