Prepiped And Customised Gas Trains
- IAPL offers Gas Trains in Standard and Custom Configuration and Construction. Since, The Gas Trains is the essential Part of Gas Burner Safety, IAPL Gas Trains are Manufacture on line of NFPA 86 Burner & Boiler Safety Regulations. Pre-Piped and Pre-Tested Gas Trains are tremendous Time and Effort savers and are made to be as easy as Plug & Play.
- Gas Trains available for almost all Gaseous Fuels like LPG, Natural Gas, Propane, Biogas and Clean Producer / BF Gas.
- Most of the MADAS Gas Train Components are ATEX approved for Installation in Zone 2 & 22, Group II 3G & II 3D.
- Product versions for Installation in Zone 1 & 21, Group II 2G & 2D also available.
- All Gas Trains are tested for Leakages, Flows and Components requiring setting are accurately set to the Set points.
- A Prewired Junction Box is available as option, which facilitates the Wiring of all Electrical Devices on Gas Train at a Single Terminal Strip.Various configurations available as per Customer and Combustion System Requirement, including Flowmeters and Control Valves.
